This was a nice hotel, but service could have been better. Approach to the Hotel is a little distant, but that is made up for by the overall ambience and upkeep of facilities. I think they were a little short-staffed when we were at their hotel.

Shalom is a way of greeting in Hebrew when 2 people meet. True as someone wrote below, what a location wasted. I stayed there recently and was attended by Anuja (the owner's daughter). True, she is a good host and she speaks Hebrew (she went to Israel for 1 year, to study the language), but if she is reading my comments, she should have taken care of so many negative reviews that have been written on this wall. I stayed there as I was part of a motorbike expedition and we were stuck mid-way. So, we had no choice as the trip organiser recommended this. Well, here are my comments, 1. Right from the reception to the stairs and the rooms, every place & corner is badly lit and looks so ghostly. 2. The toilets are so badly stained that one can never get to empty his/her bowels. 3. No basic toilet rolls or tissues provided. Some light switches don't work. The only plus is the food, which is good. Anuja, if you are reading this, please buck-up or your hotel will soon be a passing history.

The room are spacious, AC works well and bedsheets are clean, but that is the only plus of these rooms. There needs to be lot of improvement which needs to be done as follows; - Toilet commods are stained, they need to change it or bleach them to make toilet look cleaner. - Complimentary breakfast needs to change completely, right now it is pathetic. - They need to increase timming of complimentary breakfast, because when people are on holiday nobody wants to get up early and come for breakfast before 9:30 am. - There lift was not working and they alloted us 3rd floor rooms, it was very tiresome to climb all those floors everytime we wanted to go out and come back. - They need to provide all the toileteries when people check in. They provided us toileteries only when we asked for it.

I had been to this hotel accidentally. Wanted to travel to Ratnagiri but as it was late night, no transport was available. So went and enquired here as i was drove by autowala. Outside is cool. Reception was nice. Booked the room as I was tired and thought to spend night here. As soon as I entered room, it was stinking with a typical humid smell. I asked for air freshener but wasn't available. After AC started 15 min, slowly steadily the bad smell went. I decided never to visit this hotel or recommeñd
